  June 2, 2012 - Pale straw yellow color. Love the wet stone minerality that really is the core of this wine; there is some lovely yellow stone fruit and ginger spice as well. The acid is front and center and finishes dry as is typical for this cuvee. I find this to be more precise than the '09. A nice, crisp, white wine for the summer months. Allow to open for an hour or so and it really delivers for its price point.
