June 8, 2012 - Dusty ruby. Obvious stems on the ripe spiced cherry nose, with a healthy amount of sous bois thrown in. On the palate, nice balance of acidity and tannins, with an impressively long finish for a villages. while not in full technicolor, a great illustration of dujac's magic. At peak now but no danger of decline soon - the glass on day 2 showed the wine to still be in good shape. Very, very enjoyable wine to drink.
