  June 18, 2012 - Rich intense fruit (apples and pears and a touch of lime). Some honey, but with bracing acidity. Hints of chalk and limestone. There is some oak in the background - not too obtrusive but I'd prefer it was toned down a bit. Reminiscent of a nice Chablis (but with a tinge of oak and a bit more rustic). Decent value (17 euros).
