April 5, 2012 - 2010 disgorgement. My first experience with Drappier. Pale straw color, vigorous bubbles. Doughy citrus aromas. Medium-bodied palate shows mostly apple flavors alongside some lighter floral citrus notes . Medium length finish. Excellent overall.
