  April 8, 2012 - Excellent! Pale straw color. Peach and mineral aromas. Medium-light crisp palate with lemon citrus and continued minerality. Nicely balanced acidity and restrained sweetness. Medium length finish. Served with wagyu tartare and smoked steelhead roe. “Super Cattle in Seattle” American Wagyu dinner at the Herbfarm.
