  July 23, 2012 - This is a gorgeous wine. Typical chenin spice and stone fruit, rich mouthfeel, good acidity. Can sense a little residual sugar so this drinks more like a sec tendre than a genuine sec. There is a saline core to this that is just remarkable and something I've noticed in a moelleux from this vineyard as well. For me, the minerality is the standout for this wine. Truly a remarkable effort and should last a good decade or longer. Well done!
