  July 11, 2012 - Transparent light brownish red. Complex and interesting. Nose with homemade strawberry syrup, tomato, sawdust, minerals, sal ammoniac. Palate strawberry, salt minerals, umami, birdcage, medium acidity and almost no tannins. Nice but not the elegance as in the trosseaubased wines
