  August 3, 2012 - Decanted for an hour, had with hot smoked salmon, cauliflower, gai lan and romanesco. Dull, muted fruit, hollow middle, flat metallic tail end, pretty much nothing going for it. I grabbed it from a clearance bin at Rainbow Grocery and failed to notice that it's organic/vegan/biodynamic label, usually synonymous with plonk. Serves me right for $10. Avoid.
