  August 20, 2012 - The cork was dark on top and fully saturated, but happily the nose is sweet with flavors of pears, apples, light caramel and honey. Rich golden color that is somewhat darker than my last tasting several years ago. Taste is smooth and creamy, without the acidity I remember. Still a true delight. It is time to drink up remaining bottles.
