  August 20, 2012 - Ripe nose of dark fruits and pepper. Some earthiness on the palate too. Quite full and lush. Moderate tannins and low-moderate acidity. Quite concentrated and could have used a good decant. Alcohol was noticeable but not obtrusive. Almost like an Orin Swift blend but with a touch more complexity and elegance.
