  August 25, 2012 - Nat cork. Very light, a pale red - bordering on an orange/brown hue. Dull. A fresher, floral nose of strawberry, rose, rhubarb. High toned with a hint of pepper and very classic nebbiolo character. On the palate, lots of acid, fresh pink and red fruit, very savory with crackling flavor. Delicious but subdued fruit profile. Light bodied, tannin providing structure but quite approachable. Theres a browner, earthier note too - feels like a hint of secondary characteristics from age. Really good overall.
