August 30, 2012 - Decanted for an hour, had with steak burrito and slow-cooked kale and garlic. Deep purple color, olive oil (?) nose. Abundant but indistinct fruit, no oak, a bit of a plonky note on the tail end. A perfectly cromulent wine. BevMo special 2 for $15 is about right.
