  September 3, 2012 - Fully mature bottle. Tertiary aromas of tobacco and leather. Mature fruit flavors of dark cherry, cedar, minerals and earth. Some acid lift on the finish but probably not going to get better from here. Mouthfeel is smooth and silky. Pretty nice bottle to drink now.
