  September 14, 2012 - One of the most balanced California cabernets we've ever had. Bouquet of sweet red fruit along with vanilla and a touch of sweet maple. Finish was very dynamic; herbs. smoke, mocha and dark red fruit. This can age for quite a long time. This is a highly differentiated wine from much of the over-oaked crap being made in CA today (even at these price points).
