  September 16, 2012 - Took about 12 hours or so to blossom. Nice purity of fruit, red and plum, along with dried herbs, mineral/ash. Palate picked up weight with time after being quite angular at the start.
  I like this expression of cabernet which is medium bodied, low alcohol, and with minimal oak. Finish is long and clean. Still quite youthful. If opening, give a long slow O.
