    September 30, 2012 - The key to this wine is to decant it for at least one hour. When first opened it is a little tight with some moderate acidity. After an hour, this wine is singing. The acidity mellows and the fruit opens up nicely. As previously mentioned, this does not drink well the following day. I suggest to drink it up ....which will not be a problem once you taste it!
