  October 19, 2012 - Beautiful nose of Provencal herbs, cherries, figs and prunes, classic Trevallon expression finally beginning to emerge. On the palate still not fully developed. Might benefit from a few more years still. Will last 10 more years. Needs 2 hour decant. Use large glasses! Enjoy this wine in combination with food, eg rack of lamb, because of the wine's higher than usual acidity level. Fine bottle!
