November 10, 2012 - DOM PERIGNON tasting (Rotterdam, Netherlands): Perfect weather just before the harvest compensated for the heavy rains of late august and early september. The harvest began between september 12 and 28. The DP 2002 was released in September 2010. On the nose quite muted. Palet shows beautiful mineral, acidic expression, fresh lemon, white flowers and creamy, good concentration still very elegant, great balance and very precise, enjoyable now but this will likely improve with years. A great wine and a great vintage!
