  Cherry, smoke, hazelnut, and coffee under tones on the nose.
  
  BIG cherry/raspberry blast on the attack with stone, mineral, loam, and a hint of mushrooms playing through as the attack fades. Acids spike up quickly in the mid palate for a little pucker, but drop off quickly into a nice floral fruit finish. Long smooth-ish finish. Little bit of velvet mouthfeel.
  
  Acids a little wild in the middle but overall greatly enjoyed! Might give it a year more to see if the finish mellows out a little but I don't expect much really.
