  December 13, 2012 - Pop and pour and followed over a few hours. Initially, nose was pretty tight. In the mouth, some strawberries and gamey, earthy mushroom notes. Silky tannins at the onset. Needs some air to unwind. After 90 minutes of air, fresh red fruits, edgy spice, and a touch of brown sugar. Don't think it's built to age too terribly long but it's still on the upswing.
