  December 25, 2012 - Opened Christmas Eve, 2012 with family. Excellent nose. Decanted it and left it for about two hours. It got better and better with each subsequent sip during the breathing process. This is the third of my case I've drunk, and it has gotten better each time. I still have 9 to go; don't think I can wait five years (as suggested below) for my next bottle. It was absolutely outstanding!
