  January 3, 2013 - This was pretty nasty upon opening, but we were pleasantly surprised at how it changed after just about 30-45 minutes in the glass. I think the wine was tired after about 3 hours of air, which doesn't bode well for those planning on aging this a long, long time.

  1/4/13, 11:33 PM - It was pretty nasty when the bottle was opened...I'm a firm believer in allowing a wine to evolve with air. Sometimes I win, and sometimes I lose. Oh well...won with this one after a proper decant.
