  January 6, 2013 - Nose: orange blossom and simple syrup
  
  Starts very sweet and fades to hints of light ginger beer and Dr. Pepper.
  
  It's enjoyable but lacks any strong personality. It should keep well for a year or so but won't benefit from a rest.
