  January 7, 2013 - Deep garnet color and immediately inviting nose. Massive on the palate, but not in an overly-extracted way. The dark fruits where complemented by cocoa and smoke notes with a long and lingering finish. This was superb and almost as good on day 2; it is drinking great now and will probably finish my last bottle in 2013.
