  January 8, 2013 - Drunk a few days ago and didn't take notes. I will say however that previously I have liked the wine but not been overwhelmed. Seems a little extra time has really done wonders. Fantastic. Apricots and cream, hint of preserved lemon and cheesecake, minerality in there too. Quite rich and viscous with outstanding length. Not over the top though and oak not in the way. Loved it, very impressive. Far and away the best NZ Chardonnay I have had.
