  January 12, 2013 - My first foray into the 07 Obsidian. Surprisingly approachable, abundant dark fruit - blackberry and stewed plum. The tannins are prominent end but supple and pleasant. There is something green, that hopefully will resolve with time. Very young and likely to only get better. Will revisit in ~18 months.
