  January 22, 2013 - This is one of the finest champagnes available imho. There's so much going on here and the nose is ever-changing and constantly evolving. Aromas of apricots and orange-peel underlined by a discreet impression of slightly toasted brioche coated with salty butter. The longer this wine is exposed to oxygen, the more the nose evolves and becomes tucked-in by exotic fruit aromas. On the palate this wine is extraordinarily elegant and maintains its freshness to the last drop, while being well-structured by minerality and mousse.
