  February 10, 2013 - Comes across as rather taciturn for a New World Cabernet with a formidable structure; lots of tannin, acidity, and alcohol. It needed lots of air to come out of its shell to reveal espresso bean, black currant, and raspberry aromas. Hopefully this very dark-toned Cabernet will reveal a bit more with some cellar time.
