  March 9, 2013 - Took some time to open up but only got better throughout the evening. Had with beef tenderloin. Lots of blackberry, black cherry, leather. Loads of tannins and acid but all well integrated. All aspects in beautiful harmony. Mondavi at its peak with this wine. Years to go. Four left.
