  March 12, 2013 - Classical Jura-style wine with notes of quince, honey, wax and baker's yeast. The dominant aromas of walnut and salty manzanilla sherry resemble from the wine's oxidative style. On the palate the wine shows fresh and youthfull acidity, distinct minerality and nice precision. This is a food wine.
