  March 29, 2013 - Decanted 1 hour before serving.
  The wine shows ful maturity with a very complex nose of forest fruits and tertiary earthy / mushroom notes. The palate has a vibrant acidity and fine grained tannins.
  Very elegant Burgundy, that it's at peak now and will stay there for a few more years.

  4/15/13, 1:05 AM - Can be held for some more years for sure but I don't really see it getting better. Let it breathe one hour before serving and it'll shine through the night
