  April 27, 2013 - I was surprised how light this felt on the palate, but still with substantial mouthfeel. Hard to describe, but it had great acidity and layers and layers of flavor. A 1970 d'Yquem we had was a much more viscous and heavier wine (although that was terrific as well). All the classic d'Yquem aromas on this with a good dose of botrytis. Delicious.
