May 5, 2013 - Well, I thought I'd pop one from my 3 pack hoping to get some early drinking pleasure - nope! This is tough as nails at this point and honestly given the structure that's in place here forgetting it for 10 years is probably the best course of action. After leaving the bottle on the counter for more than 36 hours, it did finally soften into something nice on day 3 - black cherry, dates and licorice on a pretty spicy palate. Very good material with nice potential for those who are patient. (90-93, drink 2022+?)
