  May 8, 2013 - Very elegant and complex on day one; Cherry, leather, rose pedal, menthol, cedar, tar, earth, fennel. Moderate acidity, smooth tannin and a lingering finish. It was definitely downhill on day two. Therefore, I would suggest drinking this sooner than later.
