  May 9, 2013 - This is unconventional! Distinct aroma of aceton, rather interesting than defective though. Behind that there are aromas of quince and pear, combined with a certain waxyness. On the palate the wine shows intense minerality, good precision, a juicy mid-palate and a long finish. The aftertaste reveals nice tertiary aromas of walnuts and rancio.
