May 14, 2013 - A while back I tasted a Pinot Blanc for the first time and really did not like it. In a similar fashion I find with this wine I may just not like Godello. With a 90 rating from Parker and at 10 bucks I could not resist it but while I don't find it a bad wine it seems quite flat and unexciting. Boring really. I may find I don't like Godello. Well see. The color was very pale almost watery. The nose was ok with orchard and tropical fruits but it just did not deliver on the palate for me.

2/5/16, 6:19 PM - Try the Avancia cuvée O, Godello. Brilliant expression. Very different from this. Much more layered, extracted and complex.
