  May 26, 2013 - I agree it could age a bit, but give it an hour to open and its the perfect wine for this Memorial Day weekend. About as a good a barbecue wine as you'll find. We paired it with lobster fra diavolo and it complemented the heat in the sauce perfectly. No wonder the italians love their Zin! Let it breathe and enjoy
