  June 4, 2013 - Bright tart Gruner. Not uninteresting as some of the domestic examples I have had, and nothing you would kick out of bed.
  Acidity is wonderful, I would like a bit more texture and aromatics.
  Its improving with an hour of air, I suspect a few years of cellaring would reward.
  Nice finish with lingering acid and saline notes.
