  June 14, 2013 - Blind tasting at Halvor's - ham and cheese combinations (Risløkka, Oslo): Developed dark yellow. Complex, slightly oxidized nose with apricot, marzipan/nuts and some mould. Full-bodied, very dry and intense on the palate. Fresh citrus acidity. Very long.
  To me this is a great wine, like an exotic mix of Burgundy and Jura.

  I like very much your sense of mixture between Burgundian and Jura wines.
  I didn't find it anytime but it is great to explore new ways and new directions.
