  June 22, 2013 - Soft pinkish red & Amber in color. Unfiltered. This is a sour beer, similar to the Bruery's Sour in the Rye but I don't care for this as much as SitR. The Cherry definitely comes through as well as Tangerine. I also noticed the Oak and it was quite subtle, which I felt was nicely balanced. Picked up on hints of coriander and even cucumber (not everyone agreed on my taste buds here) . I felt this became more enjoyable as it warmed in the glass. Enjoyable and quite unique, but I think I prefer Sour in the Rye. Much like SitR, you can drink a glass or two of this, but I would find it difficult to have more than that.
