  June 25, 2013 - Even after a bit of air time its still large framed, dense, a bit gritty and very concentrated. It took some extended air at cellar temp, 3+ hours to unwind a bit. It started to flash the classic arcadian palate texture with round and integrated tannins, soft oak and ample acid. Seems like out of the last few vintages of SH pinot, this is the one to lay down and age for quite some time now. Last glass was the best, I'd hold off for a few more years.
