June 30, 2013 - This was pure liquid limestone and rock, mountain river water, chiseled and focused minerality with a touch of lemon and melon rind; not a big wine, but full of energy, vibrant, and excellent balance and a light creamy mouthfeel--a subtle power to it. Reminded me of a lighter, less forward leaner Corton Charlemagne. Thoroughly enjoyed this when I did not expect much. With grilled fresh wild Halibut, and corn on the cob (on the grill too!). Barely felt this had aged a day, but so beautifully integrated, seamless a this stage.
