  July 16, 2013 - (A-) My last bottle. Took about 40-60 minutes to fully round into form, and stayed nice over 3-4 hours before trailing off a bit. Just gorgeous wine. Blackberries and leather predominante, rounded out by a bit of creamy-vanillin, surely from the wood. Has started to develop secondary spice characteristics with a warm cherry liquor background, that will likely only become more prominent with further aging. Still has time. Drink or hold.
