  GRAPE VARIETIES: RIESLING

  Appearance: Clear, pale lemon.
  
  Clean nose of medium(+) intensity, youthful. Fresh green and citrus fruit (grape juice, lemon) with hints of florality, fresh herbs and minerality (elderflower, spearmint, wet stone).
  
  Dry on the palate with high level of acidity. Medium(-) alcohol, medium(-)-bodied. Medium intensity. Fresh green and citrus fruit (granny smith apple, lime) with hintes of florality (elderflower). Medium(+) length.
  
  A lively, vibrating and floral riesling from the Saale-Unstrut. Perhaps a tad leaner and sharper than promised by the charming nose, but I still like it a lot. A good wine with summer food. Ready to drink, but will keep.
