  July 31, 2013 - Pale-amber yellow, not very trasparent but velated. Nose of apricot, apple, then, but only after 20 minutes, white mineral/stony. A little bit backward, salty and very fresh, this was made mostly from 2009 wine, needs time. Every glass is a little surprise.
