  August 13, 2013 - Decanted 2 hrs. (Needs to stand for at least 2 days before.) Ruby/purple and not yet browning. Hints of cedar, vanilla and blackcurrant on the nose; very delicate. Plum stone, damson and blackcurrant on the palate, with high acidity. Tannins remain strong but will balance with the acidity and fruit in 2 years. Length 40 secs and the finish is still in three parts, but will clearly blend into a rounded whole in time. A lovely wine. Wait until 2015.
