  August 17, 2013 - Tangerine, lime, and yeast on the nose. There was a certain creaminess to the bouquet which did not remind me very much of Riesling, that been said, the aromas and flavours were interesting, and intense. The palate was similar. Heavier, and rounder in the mouth, with a leesy richness you don't get in a lot of reisling, but this is not just trickery- there is a real core of fruit and complexity, with a mixture or flavours shining through. Tangerine, tinned pineapple, creaminess, with a seedling of petrol waiting to sprout. What this wine misses is follow through. Could have been more intense on the back end and lasted a little longer.
