  Clear, pale lemon. Green apple and fresh lemon on the nose with hints of sweet pear, yoghurt and saline minerality. Dry on the palate with high level of acidity and medium body. Green fruit freshness balanced by yoghurt-like creaminess with appetizing saline minerality on the finish. A very good example of Aligoté.
