  September 3, 2013 - Needs mucho time to breathe. Day 1 was pleasant enough when aerated but fell flat on the mid-palate and lacked any real punch on attack. But when I had the rest two days later, it was vibrant, full of red fruit, and yet still well-balanced. It had the same general flavor profile but had really come into its own, going from an 89 to a 91-92 during that time.
