  September 4, 2013 - One of the greatest and most complex Chardonnays I have ever tasted - from California or anywhere else. At first it's a bit lean, even at over 5 years in the bottle, but with some air it begins to show layers upon layers of cream, butter, honeysuckle, butterscotch, lemon meringue, meyer lemon, granny smith apple, bakers yeast, pecan, pastry dough, and so much more. Amazing stuff, and still young.
